10/24/2021 - Mark Willhite, forester/broker for World Forest Investment, Inc. is putting his real estate brokerage
for Oregon and Washington under a new brokerage firm: Northwest Forest Properties.
This firm is headed by Fred Sperry who has pulled together an impressive team of forester/brokers across western Oregon.
Mark is fully available to help with your forestland brokerage projects, but will be operating under the new name. Mark Willhite continues
to be president of World Forest Investment, Inc. which is involved in international forestry works i.e. due diligence, brokerage,
consulting, and services and care of forestland for absentee owners.
11/12/2020 - Introducing World Forest Network, an information exchange platform to connect impact
forestland investors with qualified projects.
We are targeting owner-operated, impact investing forestry projects focused on sustainability and social benefits.
These are usually native woods oriented, but not exclusive of well managed plantation forests and/or agriculture.
We are in the process of procuring candidate projects and like minded investors. We are open to introductions.
